Terms of Service
Tel Aviv University mobile app · Last updated July 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tel Aviv University app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Who can use the app
The app is for students and members of the Tel Aviv University community. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Events, RSVPs, and attendance
You can browse events and RSVP through the app. Some events require staff approval and have limited space, so an RSVP may be pending until it's confirmed. Please only sign up for events you intend to attend, arrive as scheduled, and treat staff, hosts, and other participants with respect. We may update or cancel events, and manage attendance, at our discretion.
Your content
You're responsible for photos and other content you upload. Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. By uploading a photo, you give Tel Aviv University permission to display it within the app and community features in connection with the relevant event.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Don't harass, impersonate, or harm other members.
- Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party sign-in
The app offers sign-in with Google and Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (other than content you provide) belong to Tel Aviv University and its licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without permission.
Availability and disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it running reliably but don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tel Aviv University is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts the community at risk. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
